Fitness Kickboxing is a 45-minute combination of kickboxing, self-defense, and fun designed to SHRED calories and increase confidence!
A lot of classics like punching, push-ups, kicking, kettlebells, and box jumps are incorporated in an exciting way that will keep your body guessing. Our 45-minute class focuses on proper technique and good balance. This is a great option for people who want to stay fit from beginners up through professionals - there's something here for everyone!

YOGA
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or brand new to the practice, our yoga class offers something for everyone. Yoga is all about enjoying the journey, and Andrea has created a class that doesn't get stuck in the poses.
Andrea Kennedy is a level 4 YogaFit certified yogi additionally certified with both children and seniors. She has been practicing yoga for 18 years and teaching for 13. Andrea teaches Hatha yoga with a Vinyasa style, which integrates physical movement and breath to achieve mind/body benefits. The goal of this class is to help connect the mind and body, improve cardiac and circulatory health, and reduce stress.
