We created La Bodega to teach REAL martial arts and functional fitness in a fun, safe environment.
Our mission is to create a community of friends who support each other and commonly work toward their own goals, at their own pace.
We offer mixed martial arts, gym equipment, personal training, group, and kids classes. Our instructors are skilled, creative leaders that can help you kickstart your fitness journey or reach your next goal.
